Thank you for giving Jeppesen charts a try! We're positive you'll quickly see how much of a difference their pilot-friendly design makes to your IFR workflows.

Getting Started with Jeppesen Charts

Now it's time to start downloading your brand new charts in ForeFlight:

  • Go to More > Downloads and look for the Jeppesen Enroute and Terminal charts downloads. There may be multiple of one or both if a data cycle cutover date is near.
  • If you don't see them them, try going to More > Account to make ForeFlight retrieve your updated account information, then check your downloads again.
  • You don't need to make any changes to your Data and Regions Settings in Downloads - Jeppesen charts are independent of these and automatically download everything included in your coverage.

Once downloaded, you can access Jeppesen airport diagrams and procedure plates in all the same places you access FAA plates, and you can also enable Jeppesen's IFR High and Low enroute charts near the top of the Maps view Layer Selector, just below the Aeronautical Map. Lastly, you can view Jeppesen's Airway Manuals and other documents in Documents > Jeppesen.
