Graphical NOTAMs Color Change

• Graphical NOTAMs of moderate severity are now colored yellow when active to visually differentiate them from upcoming NOTAMs.
• All upcoming graphical NOTAMs are colored orange, regardless of their severity, and adopt different colors once they become active: red for severe, yellow for moderate, and gray for low-severity.
